For a short stay (up to 3 days) we charge a surcharge of 10%.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 45 days before arrival. 7-45 days 80%, 0-7 days 90%. Only valid in writing - you will then also receive a confirmation from us. In the event of short-term cancellation (if we cannot resell the room), as well as late arrival or early departure, we have to charge the price for the entire duration of the stay.
We recommend that you take out private travel cancellation insurance before making your reservation. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death of the insured person or his family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. On the day of departure, we will make the room available to you by 11.00 a.m., on the other hand, ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 3 p.m. If you arrive after 8 p.m. we ask for notification.

For single occupancy of a double room or suite the price for the second bed is reduced by EUR 5.00 per day.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our hotel!
